Responsible for the strategic accounting direction of privately owned group of businesses, the largest of which is a leading provider of HR and Payroll software, Analytics solutions and managed services, including BPO and cloud services. The role is one of CEO partner and is highly involved with the future growth and development of the business. The role was newly created in 2014 with the specific remit of driving the business from being UK centric to an international one. Additional responsibilities included Company Secretary, HR and Data Protection.

Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for the accounting requirements of the UK operations of Mark Group. Mark Group employ over 2000 staff across 14 locations in the UK, and are the market leaders in energy efficiency, delivering to both domestic and commercial customers.

Reporting to the CFO, the role was responsible for the accounting requirements of the UK subsidiary of a Global CRM solutions provider. The role was a key part of the UK Management team and also involved close liaison with corporate headquarters.

Reporting to the VP Finance International, the role was responsible for the accounting requirements of 3 European countries. In addition the role was responsible for accounting systems development & implementation, and adoption of accounting best practice throughout Europe.

Reporting to the Europe North Finance Director, the role was responsible for the accounting requirements of a $30m turnover US solutions provider business. Liaison with CFO, VP Finance and senior managers was a vital element of this position. The position was a key role in the organisation and is responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting and accounting.
