I review technical design for construction projects to ensure they comply with NHBC Standards and Building Regulations. These would generally be of high cost and high risk. I co-ordinate all aspects of each project to ensure the smooth flow of information from all areas of the business to and from our clients. Technical information would be appraised, discussed both on and off-site with a variety of clients form Architect practices to major builders and also single plot developers.

As Project manager, I will set up, liase and oversee all High Riskprojects that the NHBC will cover for the next 10 years, to ensurethey comply with NHBC Standards.High Risk means any non-conventional construction, high valueProjects and basement construction.I am in contact with all departments within the NHBC and the builderconcerned to ensure the smooth running of the project frombeginning to end.
