Energy and Facility Operations for multi-site operators

Responsible for TJX U.S. energy budget, which exceeds $150mm for over 3000 stores and distribution centers. Andy and his staff manage utility and operating expenses and capital projects plus operations and maintenance for HVAC, BAS, electric and lighting systems. Andy procures electricity and natural gas for all TJX facilities. He has developed and implemented innovative projects in demand response, solar, wind, and landfill gas. He coordinates retrofit programs to improve efficiency in existing stores, and works closely with TJX design and construction teams to specify energy efficiency in new construction. He has spear-headed various initiatives including innovative renewable energy sourcing, utility data management and has led modernization of BMS including transition to interoperability and Smart Building platforms.
