The first couple years after I returned to AVISPL, I worked as a Sr. Project Manager performing on site superintendent and commissioning duties at a large college football stadium renovation. This project was a full stadium audio system that eventually united several buildings on the campus - so there was a great deal of Dante integration, Crestron control, BSS Audio Architect infrastructure, several small systems for locker room areas, cafeteria, security, and meeting spaces. There was also a great deal of Broadcast media cable infrastructure installed for Broadcast Cable Connectivity including Broadcast cabling for Rooftop, Scoreboard, Field, and Satellite Truck interconnections.The following two years I was involved in large conference center facilities for very large banking corporations, these projects involved over one hundred meeting spaces, conference systems, and 24 large scale direct view LED video walls. I spent most of 2019 at an International Banking organization based in Washington DC. This project consisted of managing four installation teams working two shifts. We installed an LED videowall in an International Board Room which has 42 Board positions, several translation booths, IR transponders and a fiber optic based AV infrastructure. There were several smaller board rooms as well as about 30 additional meeting spaces, with audio, video, control, video conferencing, and speech translation systems. As this project wrapped up, I was tapped to travel to Florida for a few months, to provide support for our installation team at a large Casino/Hotel chain based in Hollywood Florida.

I was employed as a senior sales and project engineer as well as a systems programmer for the entire time I worked for Visual Sound, a company based out of Broomall, PA. (a suburb of Philly). The company has three business locations - Broomall, PA., Harrisburg, PA., and Baltimore, MD. Our work was primarily Conference systems, performance venues, Houses of Worship, Government Facilities, and Education K thru 12 as well as large college campuses.Manufacturers of Control, Audio, Video, and Network equipment such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, Biamp, Bose, JBL, Polycom, Cisco, Vaddio, Panasonic, LG, Sharp, Epson, Samsung were all supported by in house engineers and technicians. I'm sure I've overlooked dozens of additional manufacturers and software companies.A large variety of systems were designed, installed, commissioned, and serviced for numerous clients in the Mid Atlantic Region during my time at Visual Sound.

The Special Projects Group engineers and manages installations of large venues such as professional sports stadiums. Of course there are many types of venues which require our services, Universities, Government facilities, Museums, Hospitals and Conference Centers are a few types of venues which benefit from audio and video systems of all types, control systems are normally part of our scope in these venues too.
