Leading a Team to address performance issues across the airport to proactively eliminate waste, defects and improve performance for the Passenger. Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma techniques were used to resolve problems. This led to improved performance to the regulator requirements and business operating costs.

This change programme aligned staff into service or facility roles focused on the Customer. I was accountable for the transition of processes from the previous organisation to the new, leading a team to map the current processes, identify/ eliminate waste and implement the new processes in the new roles.
