- Assist in the troubleshooting and training on equipment/software used in Human Identification (HID). - Area of service include SE Asia and Taiwan.- First FAS in APJ to be trained on Rapid DNA technology following acquisition of IntegenX by Thermo Fisher Scientific.- Current Super User for RapidHIT ID instrument i) Assisted in the preparation and delivery of training involving 7 RapidHIT200 instruments for a regional customer within one week of the acquisition (2Mil). ii) Conducted the first training for internal staff and distributors in APJ for Rapid DNA, enabling and increasing the capability of Thermo Fisher Scientific to support RapidHIT regionally.iii) Supported the successful installation and operation demonstration of the first RapidHIT 200 sales within SA at Lucknow, India (425K).iv) Initiated a networking system where South East Asia distributor FASes get together on a quarterly basis over a phone call to share troubleshooting and customer issues as well as learning points in order to improve the quality of support as an entire region.v) Successfully conducted the first RHID install training in the region in Davao, Philippines.

- Conducted in-house validation of the following for forensic use:i) RapidHIT 200 for casework samplesii) GeneMapper ID-X as an Expert System for the analysis of reference database samplesiii) Evaluations of thermal cyclers and STR-PCR kitsiv) allele frequencies of local ethnic groups for casework reporting- Conducts analysis of crime casework samples and reference database samples- liaises with inventory management department and drafting of specifications for purchases and contract renewals- Manages the Post-PCR room processes and day to day operations including the maintenance and troubleshooting of the 3500xL Genetic Analyzer- Ensures quality control for all samples tested- Gives training sessions to law enforcement agencies on the process for biological sampling- Evaluation of Laboratory Management Systems
