Duties & Responsibilities:Planning of Programmes of study for delivery to 16-18 and adult learners.Attendance of relevant CPD events and courses as part of personal developmentDelivery of a range of course and training to Grade One (Outstanding) standard on a consistent basis.Implementation of College policies including safeguarding, equal opportunities and curriculum improvement.Providing information, advice and guidance to learners and parents prior to, during and after their programme of study.Providing feedback on learner performance via parents evening events and through ongoing communication.Responsible for providing a competitive games programme for the Academy Programme in the North West Youth Alliance and the English College Football League.Recruiting suitable players for the academy programme and managing a team of regional scouts tasked at identifying local talent.Developing and furthering the ongoing link with Bamber Bridge FC.Planning of a coaching programme aimed at developing the players individually and collectively.Organising of Academy Trip to America and enrolment in to the President’s Day Tournament.Delivery of high quality coaching sessions using a range of coaching techniques and methods.Identifying players capable of progression into the club’s reserve and first team squads

Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the overall management of the reserves, picking and preparing the team for upcoming fixtures.Devise and lead training sessions for the Academy in coordination with the coaching team.Liaise between members of the club’s entire management and coaching structure on issues regarding player progression, coaching techniques, playing style, team organisation etc.Maintain awareness of first team requirements, identifing players within reserve team/academy for progression to first teamAssist in the coordination of First Team Player’s recovery from injury through inclusion in the reservesIdentify and create links with a range of stakeholdersIdentify individual player weaknesses and in turn work with players on these areasHelp to foster a winning, “First Team Ready” environment within the teamAct as a lead contact between the football club and their education provider.
