Lead the development and implementation of strategies, and oversee operations including publications, products, communications and events, to accomplish FDRA's mission and goals across all its departments and programs. FDRA is the oldest, largest, and most effective footwear trade association in the U.S. It represents 90% of the entire footwear industry, supporting our members from footwear design and production to shipping and selling to consumers around the globe.

Co-founder and board member of the industry developed software platform aimed at helping companies cut costs and speed up development related to material selection and sourcing. Material Exchange works with the leading retail apparel/footwear brands to analyse, optimize and provide sustainability to and transparency of their material supply chains.

Directed Congress' think tank on terrorism and national security. Over 100 members of Congress were part of the caucus. The goal was to help members gain deeper knowledge of both homegrown and international terrorism, including terrorist organizations, ideologies and radicalization, terrorists capabilities, and trends in terrorism, etc. To accomplish this I created, developed and managed classified and non-classified briefings, from world-renown terrorism experts and senior national security/intelligence officials; speaker example: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mike Mullen. I also drafted and distributed reports and news articles on terrorist acts and issues related to terrorism. In this role I also managed relationships between Members of Congress and Members of European Parliament through the Trans-Atlantic Group on Counter-terrorism; developing and managing two international conferences for EU and US Members to interact and find common ground on security and foreign policy.
