Incident Management Specialist

• Review and evaluate new referrals to the Lifesharing program • Guide new Lifesharing providers through PA Chapter 6500 licensing process • Support providers in maintaining compliance with PA Chapter 6500 regulations • Identified forms needed by the program that were missing, in need of update or had otherwise become unusable and obtained and/or generated appropriate replacement forms • Assist new clients in establishing services at the county and state levels • Facilitate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Hire, train, support, and supervise staff for two unlicensed residential homes • Participate in team meetings, review service notes and appointments, and develop supportive relationships with clients/providers to ensure services are implemented as outlined in the ISP • Advocate for the rights of Lifesharing clients in the spirit of ODP’s philosophy of Everyday Lives.
