Directly and solely responsible for hands-on multi-project management of all aspects of the hardware and software engineering departments, technical support and documentation departments: hiring and supervision of personnel, research and design/development, product specifications, managing project schedules with Microsoft Project, quality assurance and revision control, and customer beta testing.
