As an Estimator within the construction industry, I am responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for various construction projects, using numerous software's and following best practices for bid processes and tender submissions.I am competent in both digital on screen and manual take-offs from architectural drawings. I have over 16 years of experience in the highway and construction industry, having previously worked as a Principle Highway Officer where I managed, co-ordinated and supervised Street works projects for local Authority.I have developed strong skills in cost estimation, contract negotiation, and client communication, as well as a keen eye for detail and quality within the industry.Previously as a Principle Officer with a demonstrated history of working in local Government. Skilled in Traffic Engineering, CDM, Risk Assessment, and Construction.Paver all White works, tarmacing both small patching works to large scale resurfacing. planning and co-ordination of new utility connections/disconnections.
