I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Management, specialising in Hospitality. I have 15 years experienced as a General Manager, in a variety of organisations and possess a strong financial and business acumen. Over the last ten years I have successfully managed a number of ‘Start Up’ following major refurbs, including choosing the necessary equipment, acquiring and training all new staff and building up the business to exceed targets.Over the last 22 years I have gained a wealth of experience managing large teams, planned and executed large VIP events of up to 1500 people, managing sales teams, training and succession planning, nurtured 3rd party stakeholders and relationships. My experience spans from high volume, late night, to fresh food and corporate hospitality, within premium bars, restaurants and hotels. I am passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience and I also have a strong work ethic.
