Sr. Client Service Executive
Current- Currently responsible for Client/Account Services with multiple Fortune 100 Customers with MRR >$2M and >$50M in Total Contract Revenue- Drive Operational excellence through all aspects of the business by evaluating and evolving the customer engagement model, championing additional systems integration and driving change as needed through all functional operations teams- Serve as the single point of contact to the customer for all aspects of client services. Focused on reporting to Customer Leadership on product & service deliverables, MoM metrics and next generation products/services- Lead and manage the implementation of Enterprise Service contracts- Initiate process improvement of internal work flow to better serve the OSS/BSS customer support systems- Manage Monthly/Quarterly business operations reviews with customers including the presentation with customer KPI’s and SLAs.https://business.comcast.com/enterprise
