Field Engineer Development Program (FEDP) graduate; a two-year on-the-job training across three technical departments on lifts-related field work, mainly Installation, Testing & Commissioning(T&C) and Maintenance. First year of the program requires the completion of an entire lift installation and commissioning works. In the second year of the program (under Maintenance department) where troubleshooting and knowledge of older lift systems are put to test with other technical analysis and problem solving skills. The graduating requirement to attain the Green Belt technical skills certification, involves intensive classroom training, troubleshooting assessments, practical evaluations that leads to the final brake adjustment assessment on a live lift.
