I have worked in the IT industry for well over 20 years, in a number of different roles (both as an end user and at software vendors) which has enabled me to develop a well-rounded perspective within my current role as a Business Consultant at Naveo.In my time at Naveo, I have worked within multiple disciplines - from starting out within the Customer Support function, assisting with pre sales for existing and new prospects whilst in Consultancy to working closely with the customer base as an Account Manager.
