Since having to medically retire from working due to being diagnosed with terminal cancer, I have taken on the voluntary role of ambassador for My Wedding Wish. My Wedding Wish is a charitable organisation which brings together various suppliers of goods and services to provide weddings for the terminally ill. We started off small, initially only in the Sunshine Coast. However we are about to launch nationally. I was fortune enough to be the recipient of a beautiful My Wedding Wish wedding. Key Responsibilities:In this role I directly managed a portfolio of 150 small to medium enterprise (SME) customers with an annual revenue of $6 million. Focus was to retain, develop and grow mobile revenue. Primarily a phone based role with face to face meetings with key accounts. Role based in Auckland, working nationally with regional sales consultants aligned to the First Mobile & Digital Mobile sales channels.• responsible for growing portfolio revenue, exceeding sales targets• protecting existing accounts while providing strategic end-to-end customer management, steering customers through Vodafone’s touch points, ultimately responsible for the overall experience• I also supported regional sales staff by providing leads for new sales and increasing revenue through various targeted marketing campaigns.
