A mentor once told me, “hard work is great; however, hard work and a great attitude can take you farther than you could ever imagine,” these words have helped me achieve numerous milestones in my life. Currently, I am employed at Synchrony Financial and a full-time student at Arizona State University pursing my Global Logistics BA and a minor in French. At times my work life can be overwhelming, however, I’ve learned through my occupations and travels that passion takes many forms, its implementation is the key to success. Primarily, my background is centralized in finances and I’ve held occupations in kitchens, hotels, as well as gymnasiums in my early youth. My unsurpassed ability to bring forth the best of people has surrounded me with wonderful friends and supportive co-workers. I firmly believe the individuals I surround myself with will dictate my success, however, I believe hard work is something that should always be pursued to retain success. My career thus far is littered with multiple forms of achievements, I am multilingual, have been fortunate enough to have worked and traveled across the U.S., I served in our U.S. military, and completed my service honorably. When I’m not building upon my career or late at night working on some homework, you may find me at a French restaurant trying a new course and expanding my palette or simply enjoying my free time at home, lost in a YouTube binge. My past as a chef bleeds into my daily life as I like to dazzle my friends and family with the culinary experience I have gathered through my travels.
