I have over 30 years of experience serving many of the largest public and private clients in the Pacific Northwest as a trusted advisor. Clients served represent investment companies and portfolio companies within a variety of industries and ownership structures. Experienced in leading financial statement audits, internal control assessments, debt/equity offerings and merger and acquisition due diligence, I coordinate teams cross-functionally and across borders to align tax, financing, strategic planning and other capabilities to the issue at hand.
