Spearheading regional innovation through identification, development and commercialization of new products in collaboration with Regional Marketing and Global Applications Development team. Maximizing the company’s technical impact through efficient and effective processes including sampling, trials and complaints managementProactively managing the activities of the Technical Service team within the region ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of timely product information, advice, and resolution of product issuesStrategically, working with the EMEA marketing function, global application development function and EMEA Sales team to capture new product development ideas and facilitate their development through the Stage Gate ProcessFacilitating the introduction of new products and grades, negotiating quality specifications, overseeing customer trials and obtaining technical approvals.
