Internal & People Operations:* Developed and implemented onboarding program, and supporting documentation, for new hires.* Oversaw and onboarded new hires as the company grew from 5-25 employees.* Built out, organized, and maintained internal company knowledge base.* Assessed new recruiting opportunities, evaluated team skills and abilities, enrolled team members to best meet clients’ needs, coordinated and deployed teams in an efficient and timely manner.* Ran weekly payroll for employees and domestic/international contractors.* Instrumental in the implementation and transfer from the use of Gusto to BambooHR.* Participated in business development calls with prospective clients.* Updated internal systems to ensure reporting and metrics were accurate and current.Recruiting Operations (client facing):* Interfaced directly with C-suite and executive level client partners to create and implement hiring processes and improvements.* Oversaw the recruiting process from role approval through offer. * Advised hiring team, managed to established timeline, and ensured top-tier candidate experience.* Built out applicant tracking systems, and trained the hiring team to use them. * Created and implemented reporting templates/dashboards used to update hiring managers, executives, and board members regarding recruiting progress. * Acted as an intermediary between our clients and any vendors we were managing on their behalf. * Collaborated closely with internal client teams to request credentials, and integrate our recruiting team with their systems. Recruiting:* Partnered with client hiring managers to understand role requirements.* Managed inbound application pipeline.* Proactively sourced candidates, performed cold outreach, and conducted initial phone screens to qualify candidates.* Scheduled interviews, and managed both client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
