Manage legal function. I represented pharmaceutical companies in defense of government investigations and False Claims Act litigation and practiced complex commercial litigation. I was active in the pro bono program, representing a Louisiana plaintiff who was exonerated of a rape conviction by DNA evidence in a civil suit for police misconduct, and conducting an arbitration on behalf of farmer against the United States government for discriminatory lending.

Served in various roles on Presidential campaign and transition, and in the White House and Treasury Department supporting economic and healthcare policy.
