My role as Enterprise Device Management (Mobility) Specialist involves researching new emerging technologies and devising strategies to allow SA Water's workforce to adapt to multiple working conditions. One of the largest components of the role is to manage the PC and Mobile Hardware Refresh Programs throughout the organisation. This includes managing the financial budgets, project management, device selection, testing, and the management of both rollout teams.This role also allows me to work closely with hardware vendors such as Samsung and HP to trial innovative new products out in the field, regularly consult with our multiple teams across SA Water and to find solutions that are better to use, more enjoyable and that remove the "pain points" of using I.T. and technology. A key philosophy that I bring to the role is the concept of: "Any Device, Anytime, Anywhere"SA Water users should be able to easily do their work on any device, at any time of their choosing and at any location. This philosophy has helped foster innovative work practices on the software side with solutions such as Citrix Workspace and Samsung Dex, while on the hardware-side has led to the roll out of ruggedised and enterprise grade devices throughout the organisation. Key highlights include:- Rolling out new devices which have been a better fit for our workforce with great feedback from field testing. - Saving over $150k in both PC and Mobile Refresh budgets within the first 4 months of starting the role. - Fostering a cohesive, dedicated and enjoyable environment for both managed teams. - Facilitating our workforce to adapt to the work-from-home conditions during the COVID19 pandemic and providing support in regards to both hardware as well as software solutions during this time.

The role of IT Service Desk Analyst required being the primary point of contact for any IT related issues. This included troubleshooting, escalating and resolving incidents with PC software, hardware, server hardware, smart phones and tablets in a quick, friendly, professional manner. My day to day roles includes providing 2nd level IT support for the whole SA Water organisation (1,000 Internal employees, 1,500 contractors and over 50 business units).I provide guidance and assistance to the level 1 team with case resolution, software and hardware procedures, training, and general queries.

This role requires the setup, imaging and deployment of Windows based Operating Systems (OS) on multiple PC hardware. Software is also configured across enterprise level using a combination of Active Directory as well as System Center Configuration Manager.

ABR Consulting is my own business which focuses on the implementation and development of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems ‘SuiteCRM’ and ‘SugarCRM’. My primary focus for this was thestrategy, planning, development, implementation and support of a CRM system for a property valuation firm. This was a major project as it was to be used by over 200 propertyvaluers from both SA & Victoria and required key functionality such as a 6-tier security access for users, data field customisation to document the required information for each client, Microsoft Outlook integration which would sync emails and calendar appointments to the CRM, Mailchimp Integration, as well as to provide comprehensive in-person training and training videos documenting how to use the CRM system.Responsibilities included:• Strategy and technical planning with the Marketing Manager and Business DevelopmentManager. This was done to document business requirements needed from the system,highlight the functionality of the CRM system and confirm that their requirements could be metthrough live demonstrations of the CRM.• Complete front-end design and back-end development of the CRM system.• The Implementation of external plugins that would allow both Microsoft Outlook (versions 2010 &2013) as well as MailChimp to send and receive data back and forth to the CRM via a SOAP API.• Create documentation on how to use the CRM done from the perspective of a user who has neverencountered a CRM system before. This was done by Screen Capture recordings which were editedwith Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and Reaper Audio software to ensure each video had maximum HDquality.• Ensuring that reports could be run on each user/team member and that the Executive level of thebusiness could measure that KPI’s were being met (eg. How many contacts added, how manymeetings scheduled etc.)
