Found a contracting engineering company to implement Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus into current electromagnetic flow meter design to update automation communication. Contracting work proved to be more time and cost efficient than updating the process internally. Currently in the process of building a troubleshooting app. that will guide sales personel, customers, and specialists through a user friendly pathaway to help address reoccuring problems in the field. App. will tackle issues for both electromagnetic and vortex flowmeter technologies.Currently testing a competitor's vortex meter and following up with evaluations, which will reccommend whether or not to brand name the product.Built a technical video library consisting of proffesionally done customer and sales help videos. Created a master Ipad app for the Rosemount Subsidary under Emerson Process Management. App consists of two products and will be distributed throughout the companies sales force to use as a tool with customers on site.Did product enhancement research and testing for new software in beginning stages.Helped give company feedback on overall web prescence in comparison to other manufactures on the market.Dealt with invoices and outside companies to create demos, modls, videos, and apps.Created an internal technical paper for a sales representative to use when dealing with a customer.
