This region had struggled through 5 different directors over the previous 7 years and was in desperate need of stable leadership. Built a strong, talented team of 12 district managers and 15 area managers and quickly turned it around.

Topeka, Kansas Area

Selected for a corporate-level position managing a wide range of projects. Worked very closely with senior executives such as the SEVP, VP of operations for the USA and Canada, zone VPs, and directors/VPs from human resources, legal, loss prevention, risk management, finance, supply chain, customer care, and new store development.

Managed several distinct districts and diverse markets across Southern California including South Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, East Los Angeles, and San Bernardino, overseeing up to 42 stores at a time. Ranked in the top 20 in the entire company (170+ districts) for overall results the last 3 years (top 10 in 2010).
