For the MHRA I wore many hats, Environment Manger, Change Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Release Manager, I got to look after all the IT Environments(Production & Non-production) including two On-prem Data Centres and an IAAS in Azure along with numerous SAAS solutions provided by different partners.Being part of the Infrastructure, Platforms and Technology Team I got to steer and govern the agencies technology roadmap. The Technology Roadmap allowed us for the first time to map out all the Infrastructure End of Service and End of Life technologies and plan remediations.I was responsible for the agencies relationship with Microsoft and Owned and Administered the Azure and O365 Deployments at an Enterprise level - during my time administering these, not once did we slip into overage.I have also been acting as the agencies Microsoft Licensing specialist and successfully got them accepted onto the NHS Microsoft Deal and the Inclusive Windows 7 deal, saving them substantial amounts of money annually.With the onset of Covid my Oracle SQL and Data skills came to the front as I was deeply involved in extracting data from from our Oracle Databases to teach the NHS AI and this progressed into producingthe data for the government's daily adverse vaccine numbers.Along the way I have also undertaken- Microsoft Analytics, acquisition and implementation- SAP BOE 4.3, proof of concept- Microsoft Server 2003 & 2008 remediation
