I spearheaded major initiatives, including:- Migration of 47 EMEA entities to a single IT supplier for Assets & Consumables.- Designing & implementing an EUC Asset procurement strategy for EMEA & PACRIM integrating ITAD.Both delivered significant cost savings (up to 25%), process improvements, comprehensive programme schedules & planning, ensuring seamless handovers for ongoing implementation & success across EMEA & ROW.I bring expertise in ServiceNow for ITAM with experience in developing Service Catalogs, workflows, & processes—bridging into development-level tasks.
