Prior to joining ECMC in May 2022, I was an Executive Team Leader at Target for three years, where I oversaw the operations and performance of multiple departments and coached and developed hundreds of team members. Before that, I was a Team Leader at Target for four years, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, merchandising, and inventory management.
