I am a Queer, Trans, and mixed-race artist practicing here in Mohkinstsis, Calgary, proudly graduated from the Alberta University of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Print Media and a focus in Fibre Arts. I am a printmaker, fibre artist, writer, studio facilitator & technician, and an avid volunteer in the arts community.I come along with a strong interest and rich knowledge of materials, material processes, and a keen sense of studio safety with a desire for implementing safer practices. Believing that the more we all know, the better we all are, I find joy in sharing knowledge, skills and resources through teaching, guiding, and mentoring.Above all, I am always excitedly willing to learn more; I am excited by knowledge and passionate about continuing my journey of personal and professional development, unafraid to continue learning as I move through tasks, assignments, and projects in a demanding work environment.Right now, I am interested in further developing my skills and abilities in administration, caring leadership, and continued career growth in the arts sector.
