I am personally responsible for the Application Adminstration and Support for Service Now, HP Quality Center, HP Quick Test Professional, After Hours Call System (MS Access), Integate (File Transfer/Processsing Application written in PowerBuilder), Cemetries and XORA. I am also the Team Leader of three support staff who are responsible for supporting.

During this time as an Analyst/Programmer, I was required to write source code in Manasys that was clear, structured, fully tested and documented to the designated high standards. The position also involved using a variety of Analytical and Problem Solving techniques to support the various applications within the Citipac system.
