I was also responsible for recruitment and training strategy internally, developed and delivered a range of training courses and workshops across the South West, and acted as DPO for the company, which included initial GDPR readiness work. I acted as the mental health specialist at a 60 bed scheme for homeless adults on Jamaica Street in Bristol. I managed a personal caseload of 5-10 individuals, all of whom had significant complex mental illnesses including schizophrenia, psychosis, personality disorders and bi-polar disorder.
