Providing direct support to a caseload of 7-10 individuals housed in a complex needs supported housing scheme for homeless adults. This included supporting individuals with a wide range of support needs, including drug and alcohol abuse, mental illness, interactions with the criminal justice system, dual diagnosis, finances, housing and welfare benefits.

I acted as the mental health specialist at a 60 bed scheme for homeless adults on Jamaica Street in Bristol. I managed a personal caseload of 5-10 individuals, all of whom had significant complex mental illnesses including schizophrenia, psychosis, personality disorders and bi-polar disorder. Also acted as an authority for other individuals at the scheme with mental illnesses and advised colleagues on best practice.
