I helped develop the crude quality monitoring system currently being used to verify RVP / TVP specifications for compliance monitoring on Flint Hills resources Texas crude purchasing system.I helped develop the sampling and reporting plan which was approved by DOT to ensure compliance on lease purchase bills of lading packing group and hazardous material classification.

Preform routine lab analysis for the Corpus Christi refinery. Flint Hills resources specializes in refining both fuels.Routine duties included:• Receive and prepare refinery samples.• Prepares samples and quality control specimens, prepares and standardizes reagents and solutions, and calibrates equipment needed for the testing processes.• Performs testing of samples and quality control specimens using specified methodology.• Verifies and communicates results obtained.• Maintains documentation, equipment, and work areas in a neat, orderly and safe condition.• Assists in the training of less experienced employees.Carries out all of the above responsibilities in a supportive manner with adherence to the Company’s Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Management System, Ethics Policy, Environmental Management System, Vision and Strategy, and exercises good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy.

I was an operations coordinator tasked with managing a local refinery's FTZ program, along with completing and confirming final paperwork for multiple clients (both local and international). My other duties included taking part in a 24hr rotation as the dispatcher for the petrochemical inspectors (approx. 10-20) as jobs were called in to be started and/or completed.
