About Andy Salter

I have over 30 years’ experience working in the catering industry. It’s an industry I’ve studied, lived and breathed. I relish the challenges of the future by being able to draw on my past experiences. I am fortunate enough to have worked with, or been associated with, many of the leading names in the catering industry; whether it be well known chefs, high street brands or suppliers to the trade. This gives me a thorough understanding of catering and hospitality and through my employment with market leading companies like Winterhalter and Classeq, I have always been at the forefront of my area of expertise.I currently work with many leading high street brands and am able to offer them superior advice on how Classeq can help improve their catering facility. Providing simple, reliable and cost effective glass and dishwashers is what Classeq does best. But with challenging conditions, I am now able to guide catering businesses on how they can strip out hidden costs from their business and make downtime almost redundant.

Winterhalter recently launched Connected Wash which allows machines to be connected to the internet.
