The lesser half of Weckerly's Ice Cream, a mission-driven urban creamery founded with my wife (and Pastry Chef) Jennifer Satinsky. Since 2012 I have worn many hats. At present most time is spent managing operations and sales with a passion for the people I work with and serve daily. What have I learned over the past six years (aside from the fact that I have a lot more to learn)? Careful preparation doesn't prevent false steps and failure, but it does help speed up the recovery.
