• Responsible for successful project completion within given scope set by sold proposal to customer. Tracking of financial spending for necessary hardware and project engineering within the allotted project revenue. • Maintain high quality customer relations to assure prompt and responsive solutions to Customer inquiries to achieve high customer satisfaction during the Project Management process.• Projects consist of controls upgrades for P400 and BlueLine controls systems as well as HMI and BlueLine Expresso Bus upgrades for both Gas and Steam Turbine plants. Such as: Rokeby, Bellemeade, Pascagoula, McIntosh CC, McIntosh GT, Stanton, Franklin, Harris, Lakewood, Orlando, Fushun, Dighton, Long Beach, Fon Du Lac, Cambalache, and Midland.

• Primary focus is to design, test, and launch Alstom Power’s P400 family of control systems. Including GE Fanuc Series 90-30, Series 90-70, PACSystems RX3i, and PACSystems RX7i PLC’s.• Engineering duties include controller hardware selection, project engineering, CAD design, PSB design (using Proficy Machine Edition 5.50 SP2), programming Gas and Steam Turbine control system using ladder logic or function block diagrams (system consist of Open Loop Controls, Closed Loop Controls, and Protection logic). Other duties include control system design, Genius Bus networking, integration, testing, installation, troubleshooting and on site startup support for installation and commissioning engineers.

• Field Commissioning and project management of overhaul and construction projects associated with Alstom Power Gas Turbines (GT – 11N, 11NM, 11N1, 11N2, 24A, 24AB, 24B, 24B2) units throughout North America.• Commission and troubleshoot turbine components, auxiliary systems, and unit control systems during planed and forced outages as outlined below.Related systems and components Gas and fuel associated equipment (Natural Gas / Fuel Oil). Lube Oil, Pneumatic, and Cooling Air systems. Unit Air Intake, Exhaust, as well as Hot Gas Path. Protection and Safety system verification. Pressure switches and sensors, proximity sensors, limit switches, thermocouples, RTDs, as well as various other electrical instrumentation. Progress related control systems for GT-11N, 11NM, 11N1. Programmable Logic Controller programming.
