Manage production and installation of carbon fiber fan shroud sections, which surround each of the six fans in the Specialized Wind Tunnel. With a team of both full-time and volunteer employees, we molded, trimmed, and surface-finished more than 24 carbon fiber sections, consuming approximately 100 square yards of carbon fiber and aluminized fiberglass, and 20 gallons of epoxy, to meet tight deadlines for construction milestones and goals.

Managed a staff of skilled mechanics which supported a group of 30-plus Engineers, as well as Global and USA Marketing Departments, operating within a budget, while meeting production and media related timelines and deadlines. Also included daily job assignments, periodical performance reviews, ordering consumable parts and components, and maintaining a professional work environment. Field-Test Feedback Program- With assistance form the IT dept., created an on-line system which captured ride-time, and comments from hundreds of field-testers and filtered them to the engineer(s) related to the relative product. Conducted annual meetings with a brief analysis of weekly, monthly, and yearly data. Online Work-Ticket Management System- Switched daily operating practice from a hand-written ticket system to an on-line system capable of assigning priority, assigning specific jobs, tracking work-time, and analysis of overall shop work-load.Annual Event Preparation- Coordinate and execute the assembly of 400-plus Display and mostly Demo bikes for the Annual Dealer Event, and Global Product Launch. This includes being a Team Lead at the Demo portion of the Dealer Event, managing both full-time and temporary employees, and volunteers over a two week period. Race Support- Provide technical assistance to professional teams and individual factory sponsored riders at events locally, and throughout the United States.

This included site preparation, staff sourcing and scheduling, delivery and assembly of 300-plus bicycles. Product Service Video Shoot- Coordinated Headshok service video production, providing and capturing the technical step by step process as well as editing, and providing the finished video which was found in the Technical Service section of the dealer website. Race Support- Provided technical support for sponsored riders throughout the United States and Canada. This included coordination of athlete equipment, bike service, lodging, meals for athletes and support crew.
