I liaise with customers to provide comprehensive training and guidance including travelling internationally to train teams and trainers on equipment usage, capabilities and safe operation. I therefore deliver training to customers across the UK and ensuring all information is comprehensively documented, accurate and well understood to ensure safe and correct operation of equipment including maintenance.As a Technical Trainer and Engineer I have worked across the US to provide training and certification to new trainers and to enhance the quality and standard of trainers in line with strict Group quality requirements including Virginia and Detroit. I am recognised as a Level 4 trainer alongside 3 other individuals in the Group, and responsible for providing support across the Eurozone, Africa and Russia on technical training.I work with colleagues across the portfolio of plant and equipment to provide an exceptional service to customers covering training and after care support. I oversee the provision of warranty and service work across the UK particularly in Southern England covering an array of equipment across the range of plant provided to customers.I also undertake equipment misuse investigations as a lead Incident Investigator and providing detailed reports to interested internal stakeholders. I oversaw the control and maintenance of equipment including scheduling repairs and maximising the availability time for provision to customers. I provided technical expertise to customers and internally regarding Haulotte equipment while providing feedback to the manufacturer on where issues arise and potential technical engineering improvements. I monitored depot performance across KPIs including costs, productivity, customer service and health and safety in line with company targets. I identified performance issues and opportunities to drive financial performance through KPIs including implementing projects to improve productivity and enhance the team’s technical capability. For example, by applying lean management principles I encouraged teams to implement new processes to drive efficiencies while enhancing the service to customers. I also encouraged a safety-first approach to ensure all equipment is handled carefully in line with safe operation procedures including providing guidance and training to customers as and when required.
