About Andy Seabolt

I currently serve as a Captain for the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office. I attended East Tennessee State University and graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice in 2004. I was selected to attend the 244th Session of the FBI National Academy in 2011. I graduated in 2013 from Bethel University with a MS in Criminal Justice. I served as the President of the Tennessee Chapter of FBI National Academy Associates in 2019.
