 To inspect semi-finished or finished parts/products to ensure that they conform to specifications laid down by the company and comply with quality control procedures Performs dimensional, functional or other tests using specified measuring and test equipments to record results on specified data sheets Isolate and identifies defective parts/products and reporting and highlighting variances/defects to line Perform trial run inspection for new products / projects Carry out inspection and testing Attend joint inspection with customer/client Ensure subcontractor carry out inspection and testing To act as ISO Coordinator for ensuring process needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. Liaise with external parties in matters relating to Quality Management System. Development of quality control procedures, controlling the inspection of quality tools and equipment, training inspectors and development of the ISO 9001 Quality System, maintaining reports for vendors, employees and customers, and reporting production issues to the higher management of a company.
