I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist and since 2001 I have been providing a whole range of therapies for private clients sports organisations and sports clubs such as Melbourne Storm ARL, Australia RLFC, South African Springboks RUFC,Italy RUFC , Leeds Rhinos RLFC and Bradford Bulls RLFC. I currently work with Leeds Carnegie RUFC as part of the medical team and my role within the team is taking responsibility for the well being and rehabilitation of the players.I also offer personal training from my premises in woodlesford along side my sports massage this is mainly fitness and functional strength in the way of TRX suspension training and mini circuits using kettle bells , battle ropes , punchbag etc.
