I have proudly served my country, state, county and city in different roles within the government.I founded CannXperts in 2018 after serving as a Marijuana Compliance Inspector at the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission. As an inspector, I observed new cannabis businesses were often struggling to keep up with licensing and compliance requirements. Creating any business is difficult, very few survive on average. Creating a business in a heavily regulated industry is even harder. I knew I could help bridge the gap between businesses and regulators, so that these entrepreneurs could concentrate on building their teams, processes and procedures to be successful.I am fortunate to now have an amazing team of hungry, humble and smart people who are dedicated to serving our clients and industry stakeholders. Our team members are empowered to be their own entrepreneurs inside of this company, they all have the “builder” mindset.
