Retail Distribution Services Accountabilities:• The elicitation, review and sign off of business requirements (functional & non functional), providing input to solution development and facilitation of delivery proposal (costs and schedules) sign off. • Participation in agile/iterative scrums, refining user stories into detailed requirements and providing clarification to developers. Programmes / Projects Successfully implemented a number of projects relating to the distribution of pension & investment products• A RDR compliant point of sale system for 2,000 partner advisers, allowing crm, fact find, quote & apply functions. • A direct to customer investment product web application with information, apply and servicing functionality. • A customer 3 in 1 pensions calculator aligned to pension freedom regulations and Flexi Access Drawdown Illustration system. These systems were fully integrated to relevant product quote & apply, and servicing systems.
