Built, developed and managed staff of 54 responsible for golf shop, service, range, food & beverage, maintenance and landscaping operations. Managed $2.5M operational budget. Developed annual merchandise buying plan, driving 406% sales growth in 7 years. Orchestrated 2 large-scale golf shop remodel projects with budgets of up to $175K; coordinated and led all design and construction teams to ensure successful completion.
