With over ten years of experience within the Higher Education sector, I am a specialist in HE project management, recognising the variety of project timelines and stakeholders involved in working within University hierarchies. Capable of synthesising complex information for dissemination across a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, I challenge established ideas through the generation of tangible data-driven insights formulated by testable hypotheses and systematic evaluation.Managing a varied caseload of projects, from planning to delivery, I have experience in the allocation of human and financial resources against the range of competing interests whilst ensuring deliverables to stakeholders. From establishing international partnerships between institutions to the development and analysis of student satisfaction data, I have experience of driving institution-wide change directed at improving the overall student experience. Through the progressive mitigation of data gaps and quality issues via foresight and planning, the interrogation of real-world data sets, and the utilisation of programme languages to allow statistical inference I develop strategies that facilitate efficient change in the short-, medium-, and long-term. Data driven change requires human reinforcement to succeed. Through my experience as an academic lecturer, I can communicate advanced concepts through storytelling communication and visualisation. This allows for the synthesis of complex information across a range of formats and arenas, and purposeful negotiation between resource competitive stakeholders to ensure a practical understanding of project deliverables and a realistic appraisal of project goals to stakeholders.
