• Leading and inspiring a team of 15 General Managers to deliver strong commercial results through providing newand innovative experiences for our guests
• Understanding each site’s individual environment, supporting the General Managers to develop strategic plans toenhance the guest experience and maximise profit contribution
• Driving the engagement and people development across a wider district team made up of 45 managers and over200 team members
• I am the Ops lead on ‘Project DNA’ which is centred around the relaunch of various segments and guestpropositions sitting within the Premium and Urban Division
• Responsible for 3 businesses receiving £1.3m Capex investment to become best-in-class flagship sites and theblueprint for the 2022 estate-wide remodel plan

• Headed up the major brand change programme following the appointment of the new Executive team, all centred around quality enhancement and simplification.Specific areas of accountability:
• Chairing the weekly Executive meeting to ensure project momentum and delivery within timeframe

• Scoping strategic direction and driving sales growth and innovation in the Delivery space. - Grew “Dine out” sales by +70% (+£2.3m) via introduction of multi-channel partners and Click & Collect - Improved the “Dine.
• Leading the brand-wide labour efficiency programme in conjunction with the Chief Strategy Officer. - £1.5m annual efficiency achieved through Kitchen Restructure programme - Additional 1% labour efficiency proven.
