Founded and led the Orders team and built the orders and inventory API. Founded and led the Search team to revolutionize the shipment search platform. • Managed a large-scale migration of millions of daily shipments from AWS to GCP while upgrading ES and our service. • Built a new integrated search platform to unify shipments across modes while dramatically improving performance and scalability and reducing maintenance costs. • Participated in company-wide Architecture Leadership Committee defining architecture and design for the platform. • Led the API Standards chapter to set standards and approve changes across the company’s public APIs.

Led the transition of Content Direct to become the foundation of CSG’s next generation solution Ascendon. Created collaborative training approach for educating 100+ CSG developers, architects, and support engineers on modern development methodologies and the Ascendon architecture specifically to support the Ascendon platform development. Led the Ascendon Architecture team developing solutions to support existing Content Direct clients while creating new solutions for Ascendon. Championed the multi-phased transition of the platform from a traditional infrastructure deployment to AWS-hosted server instances to container-based microservices and serverless compute solutions. Current focus on technology stack of C#, SQL, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Redis, Elasticsearch, and AWS Lambda.

Founding team member of Content Direct, a Digital Commerce and OTT Video platform used by some of the biggest brands in Sports and Media & Entertainment. Drove the creation and growth of the architecture and engineering teams in the new organization beginning as junior developers and maturing them into a diverse DevOps team with full-stack developers and engineers supporting the platform with automation and CI/CD tools. Designed and developed the internet-scale SaaS platform supporting an international customer base of 100+ millions in over 200 countries, 40 currencies, and 20 languages. Designed and migrated the solution from a private cloud implementation into AWS. Architected, developed, and led the teams that transitioned the web service technology from WCF SOAP to a REST-based JSON implementation. Content Direct was acquired by CSG in 2014.

Architected, designed, and developed high quality features to expand the functionality of our telecommunications focused Operations Support Systems (OSS) software suite. Designed and developed the first web services in the platform. Telution was acquired by CSG in 2006.
