I've enjoyed my experiences working within the construction industry for over twenty five years and have seen much change within the sector during this time with the advent of new technologies such as BIM and COBie bringing about revolutionary changes in our day to day roles. I'm proud to have been able to embrace these changes, to play a key role in the development of our handover strategies to develop a more sustainable and user friendly way of providing our clients with a first class service and product. Our handover documentation is the legacy we leave behind after the efforts of our construction teams, so I believe and take pride in providing a data set which will provide our customers with all the knowledge they will need to operate, maintain and ultimately enjoy their buildings effectively for years to come. During my career I've had the unique opportunity to play a part in the delivery of over 150 Projects, ranging from Parliamentary Works to Prisons, Schools, Residential, Multi Purpose Developments, Heritage and many more, always challenging myself to provide my clients with a friendly, open and collaborative service. On a personal level I am conscientious with an eye for detail. I take pride in the work that I do and I approach every project with the same attitude, be it a £200k fit out project or a £100m+ multi use development, every client deserves my best efforts.
