I have been employed with NVCS Ltd in October for 25 years this year.I started as a static operator on a large site in Sudbury Suffolk then moved to vending engineer covering East Anglia and London for 10 years and have now been Operations manager for 13 years, Managing 18 staff who operate close to 900 machines a week.Part of my roll is to renew on going contracts and win new ones working closely with our sales team using information from our Vendman operating System.I look after all company Vehicles/ Health and safety for all new employees plus day to day issues.Previous to NVCS I was was a partner in our family vending business MCA Vending covering all areas of vending and catering which ran for 10 years before selling to NVCS Ltd so to date i have been involved in vending in some form for over 35 years.

  When joining the company i started as an operator and soon progressed to become a service engineer of which i was for 10 years. I progressed to my current role as Operations Manager where i am responsible for the day to day running of 18 Operators, operating over 900 + machines per week in and around the East Anglia & Lincolnshire areas. I deal with the maintenance and recording of all company vehicles. New employee Health & safety inductions and the ongoing staff H&S training. The renewal and overseeing of all Customer operating agreements & service contracts. Contacting and Dealing with customers queries, concerns and issues that may arise. Regular customer review meetings, Responsible for the analyzing and reporting of the Vendman software system. Work along side our Sales team to help win new contracts.Also able to meet and win new contracts to help build our machine base.
