About Andy Sly

I'm very product oriented! I love to put all that I can into good product! By good I mean products that are loved, products that help! I love to get into solving problems that appear to have no solution!MY DREAM! ------> GAMES!!!I would like to end poverty completely by teaching mass amounts of people to engineer mass production machinery by creating droolingly desirable games to play that easily show how to do it. With mass amounts of engineers the price of products will drop across the world and the quality of product will rise substantially and the quality will continue to increase with prices decreasing more and more each time another engineer emerges! The key is that the games are easy to play and the games are extremely fun by quality, desirably fun! I started my carrier by asking the question "How can I increase production", going from machine operator to machine designer to educating others how to design high volume production machinery. I'm now on my last great endeavor to educate the masses on engineering by injecting game play into it's education! Also I have a strong desire to support products that are awesome!

    Team leader for designing and built about 20 industrial high volume production machines, laid out and assembled production lines, upgraded existing equipment, also in difficult economic situations brought old equipment back to life. Increased factory output by 3 times while increasing quality, lowering costs, and reducing the necessary footprint, also connected various monitoring devices to the internet for production counting and down time monitoring from remote locations.     Part of a world classed factory automation team that produced lap top modems. Around the beginning of the internet boom our factory was at the cutting edge of production technology. Starting from the low man on the totem pole, management noticed that where ever I was put statistics would go up drastically. Example: one production line putting out 30 modems per hour with a lot of rework changed and went up to 90 modems per hour with drastically reduced rework just by moving me to the that production line. More and more production lines were put in, I was promoted to work across every line.
