I was with two venture-backed companies, including a cyber security consulting spinout from Stanford Research Institute as VP of Finance.With Marchex, I have held finance roles that have covered our pre and post IPO activities and a $220M follow-on secondary offering. I have deep experience in mergers and acquisitions totaling over $400M in transaction value.
