I'm currently employed by Amec on the Clair Ridge hook up and my duties include but are not limited to, The management of the Area Delivery Team to achieve project milestones and objectives, liaise with other Area Leads to ensure the co-operation required for successful completion of area work scopes and for the monitoring and verification of worksite and work scope readiness for execution. I am also responsible for the monitoring and verification of area progress, Liaise with project planning team to ensure quality and consistency of reporting and plan attainment. As part of logistics I have to ensure adequate and qualified resources are employed to meet schedule requirements. My occasional duties include Incident Investigation and Employee relations.During this project my key Aim’s and projective’s are; to ensure that all Project HSE goals are achieved and where possible exceeded and also to ensure that all Project mission, milestones and objectives are achieved and again where possible, exceeded.
